How come it hasn’t been reported that the USA has fallen down the world rankings in math skills? The media isn’t doing their jobs. Americans obviously can’t count. How else do you explain that a majority of GOPers in the USA don’t believe the election results.

This was in the Chron yesterday:
Harris County Commissioners Court on Tuesday unanimously approved a $25 million contract to send jail inmates to the Giles Dalby Correctional Facility, a prison located in Post, a small Texas city near Lubbock. The county’s downtown Houston jail has reached capacity, with 10,073 people currently incarcerated in the three-building complex. This marks the second agreement with an outside facility this year — nearly 600 Harris County inmates are now housed at a Louisiana jail.
Just so you know, Post is the county seat of Garza County. Judge Giles Dalby was the longtime Garza County Judge. He left us about 10 years ago. He is also the father of Rebecca Dalby who used to be Rebecca Whitmire who used to be married to The Dean before he was The Dean. Judge Dalby is also the grandfather to Whitney Whitmire Jenkins who is a legislative consultant or lobbyist.

I would remove all Dynamo, Rockets and Texans from the Top 10 and replace with Jose Altuve, Biles, Crane, Holgorsen and Kyle Tucker.
To be in the Top 10 you have to be able to deliver and right now, the Dynamo, Rockets and Texans are not delivering.

The Astros sent me this yesterday about today’s twin bill with the Yankees:
In anticipation for tomorrow’s (today’s) doubleheader against the Yankees I want to make sure you were aware of how parking passes and game tickets will work. These two games are separate events, and tickets are needed to enter the stadium for each game.
Parking – If you are attending both games you will scan both parking passes when you arrive for Game 1. If you are only attending Game 1, you will need to leave the parking lot once Game 1 has ended.
Tickets – These two games are separate events. Once Game 1 is over the stadium will be cleared and guests with tickets for Game 2 will be able to enter the stadium one hour before first pitch of Game 2.
Gates – All gates will open at 10:00 am for Game 1, and gates are scheduled to open 1 hour before first pitch for Game 2.
