Ringo

The H-Town missing kid who ended up not missing eight years ago is national news today.  I have no idea how to explain it.  Apparently, no crime was committed. Go figure.

The Astros sent me this yesterday:

Alex Bregman hit two grand slams during the recent road trip to bring his total to three on the season and seven in his career. His three grand slams this season lead the Majors and he is currently tied with teammate Jose Altuve and alumni outfielder, Carlos Lee for the franchise record. The Astros currently have eight grand slams in 2023, which is three shy of the franchise single-season record of eleven set in 2019.

My perk this season for being a season ticket holder is sitting in the Gallagher Club. I have two passes for tomorrow evening’s game.  It is on the club level down the left field line with a view of the playing field. I have never sat there. They have free gourmet and ballpark grub. You have to pay for your wine, beer, and liquor.

The team has played 88 games. Jose Altuve has played in 32 games this season.

We lost last night and are still two games behind.
