On the political side, I live in State Senate District 15, so I am sure that the race to succeed The Dean will begin to liven up.

My sister got a flat screen for Christmas yesterday. Her son David set it up. My goodness. You just don’t plug in new flat screens these days.

Folks know I am a fan of Saint Arnold. Folks also know that I am a fan of Saint Arnold Christmas Ale.  I got a Saint Arnold Christmas Ale candle for Christmas. Yep, a candle. I also got a black Saint Arnold hoodie.

I got a Beatles desk calendar, a Beatles wall calendar, and a white Beatles Abbey Road hoodie. Very cool.

I got a cool RTIC cooler.

I got a few bottles of wine including a white wine from Dusty Baker’s winery.

Carol gave me a trivia question card game on Houston sports history that we played yesterday. It was fun.
