America Vote
This is America. We live in America. We have elections. We have folks who win elections. We have folks who don’t win elections. Commentary has worked on winning elections. Commentary has worked on elections that didn’t win.
Two days ago, close to one million voters voted in New York City’s Democratic Primary. A fella named Zohran Mamdani won the race for mayor and MAGA is having a meltdown.
Since this was a Democratic Party Primary, I didn’t think MAGA would have a preferred candidate. They didn’t. They just didn’t like Mamdani. Some in MAGA didn’t like his name. Some didn’t like his religion. Some didn’t like his beard. Some didn’t like his policy positions. Some MAGA responses have been racist. And some have been Islamophobic.
I admit, watching MAGA meltdown on this has been entertaining. I don’t think MAGA will ever accept the fact to respect the will of all the voters and respect the results of all elections.

On “The 3rd Hour of Today” this morning, magician Justin Willman was on. He didn’t perform any magic tricks, instead he showed his talent of having in his memory the location of every zip code in America. Yep, he went around Studio 1A talking to the crew and guests and correctly named locations from Alaska to Florida. It was amazing.
There are 41,704 U.S. zip codes.

Commentary said this yesterday:
My best friend and I saw a great game last night at Daikin Park. We got a 1 zip win with Framber pitching 8 shutout innings, Plus, we each had a couple of dollar dogs. Very nice.
Bill Kelly sent me this after I posted:
Framber went 7. Bryan Abreu threw a scoreless 8th before Hader nailed down the 9th.
Thanks. I don’t know what I was thinking.
At Daikin Park last night, I picked up a couple of lids in the featured photo. As a season ticket holder, I get a nice discount at the Team Store.
We won again last night behind solid pitching. See this tweet from Tags about the game:
Josh Hader is coming in for the ninth, meaning this is the first time in Astros history they’ve used five left-handed pitchers in one game.
We are playing good baseball. We wrap up the series with the Phillies this afternoon.
