The Cong. Jasmine Crockett for U.S. Senate campaign is now running ads on KPRC Channel 2. I saw it this morning. It is a good ad that includes animation. I think it will be effective.

I am sure any minute now her haters will tear the ad apart.

Folks know Commentary gets info from NBC News like “Today.” One of the greatest boneheads moves by NBC News was when they hired Megyn Kelley in 2017. She didn’t last long at NBC. I remember watching when she said blackface was okay. NBC News then got rid of her arse. Yesterday, Kelly had a meltdown when she was interviewed by Piers Morgan. She went to full wacko mode after being asked about Bad Bunny’s halftime performance. Here is what she said:

“I’m sorry, Piers, but to get up there and perform the whole show in Spanish is a middle finger to the rest of America. Who gives a damn that we have 40 million Spanish speakers in the United States? We have 310 million who don’t speak a lick of Spanish.”

“This is supposed to be a unifying event for the country, not for the Latinos, not for one small group, but for the country. We don’t need a Black national anthem. We don’t need a Spanish-speaking non-English performer. And we don’t need an ICE or America hater featured as our primetime entertainment.”

This nut job is sure making some good dough selling hate.

Now the MAGA haters want to take State Rep. Gene Wu’s citizenship away.  Sigh. Rep. Wu has been at the forefront protecting our democracy. He has been effective. Last year, Rep. Wu travelled the country to fight back against Donald Trump’s mid-decade gerrymander and got Democrats to forcefully and successfully respond.  Rep. Wu has certainly gotten under the skin of MAGA.

I don’t agree with some stuff “Today” airs. Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots, is the force behind the Blue Square Alliance. Blue Square ran the Super Bowl ad Sunday on combatting hate on Jews. This morning “Today” had a feature on Kraft and his role with Blue Square. We all should support the work of Blue Square. There was no mention that Kraft is pals with Donald Trump, one of the greatest promoters of hate of all time. Just saying. Tsk, tsk, tsk.
