The correct response to the traitorous decision today on anchor babies is nullification. Texas can just do things and we should. Texas is sovereign. If I have anything to say about it, Texas will not recognize them as citizens.
Hey BoZO. This is how the 14th Amendment begins, in black and white:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
MAGA is all about rigging the system in their favor. They were hoping to rig the 14th Amendment. Nope.
Like I said yesterday, there is a process to amend the Constitution. It is a difficult process, but it is a process.
MAGA would rather win through a rigged process.
