Scoreboard

The featured photo today is scoreboard. I just thought it was a cool picture from this past Saturday. It is also a picture I will send to Texas Monthly at the end of this year.

A couple or so months ago, Commentary prematurely renewed my Texas Monthly subscription. Maybe I should not have.

Texas Monthly decided to inject themselves into the H-Town mayoral race. They named The Dean to their legislative worst list. The article was put out this morning. It is a hit job pure and simple.

There was a lot of bad stuff that happened this past legislative session. Naming The Dean on the list doesn’t make sense to Commentary. At the end of the hit job, they mentioned Mattress Mack and Tilman Fertitta, which also doesn’t make sense.

I am not going to publish the piece in my Commentary.  It reads like they are going out of their way to get involved in the mayoral race.

Sad.

I guess I will watch the flat screen this afternoon to see Donald Trump make another court appearance.
