What a moron. You got it. Commentary’s talking about cowardly Gov. Greg Abbott and his call for legislative committee reviews of we all know what must happen.  He is a gutless, worthless piece of you know what.

Here is what the Chron E-Board said today about this fool’s latest:

Now we are finding out that the state will be sending squads unannounced to school campuses to test their security systems. A dumb idea for sure.

As they are burying the Uvalde victims, he comes out with this BS.

Abbott is feeling the heat.

Everyone knows by now how I feel about the Harris County Judge and the Harris County DA going after each other. Here is the online headline in the Chron today:

Hidalgo aides say Ogg is biased, DA’s office should be removed from vaccine contract case

Here is how the story starts:

Two of Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo’s aides facing charges related to a controversial COVID-19 contract, filed motions Wednesday afternoon asking a district court judge to remove District Attorney Kim Ogg’s office from the case, arguing the prosecutor has a conflict of interest and should be replaced with an “unbiased attorney.”

I get it. The aides are trying to stay out of jail.  They must use everything they have. Meanwhile, it is not a good look for local Harris County Democratic candidates this fall.

It would be my hope that if the aides get the charges dropped or the cases dismissed that they would disappear from local Democratic Party politics, like forever. They are not doing us any favors.

Justin Verlander took a no-no into the seventh. He lost the no-no and also gave up a two-run dinger and just like that we were behind 3-1. In the top of the ninth, Yordan Alvarez hit a bases loaded double that cleared the bases and we ended up winning 5-4. 33-18.
